"I’ve been insured with State Farm Insurance for over 40 years. During that time my agent has changed four or five times, even though I am still at the same office I started with. I lucked out the last “agent change” a few years ago. Lori Ivey took over and became my agent. It’s been a refreshing change. Her and her staff really are more like family than an insurance office. My wife and I find ourselves stopping by to handle some minor thing that could be easier taken care of with a call, text, online, or on the State Farm app, just so we can visit Lori and her staff. As a bonus we might even get to make a new friend, as Lori’s place is pet friendly. "I am normally one who switches Insurance companies every 6 months to save a dollar. Luckily with Lori & her team I have been loyal for a few years now! They have had the lowest rates every time! And when my husband totaled his truck, I had to deal with a separate division- once they started taking a while Lori’s team made connections and got it handled the same day! They are the best. I told my mom how much I was paying for full coverage on my vehicles and her jaw dropped and said “I need to switch insurance companies” Anyway, there’s many more good things to add like giving away watermelons, pies, and Easter bunny goodies- even giving your dog a treat.
